Noisy AC and refrigerator, had to unplug the refrigerator to go to sleep.

The manager was very accommodating to us and cut the price when we arrived at 12:30 am. It was very clean, my only complaint was that the a/c and the refrigerator were very loud. It was very convenient to the highway and other locations and had great beds.

The bathroom was so small that the door almost hit the toilet.

It was clean, usually quiet, we could park close to the room.

My partner and I needed to get some time alone, away from work, family, friends and cell phones. We were able to relax in a clean comfortable room doing nothing but relax and enjoy each other. The room was a nice size and there were plenty of pillows.

Sheets for the sofa bed and had holes in them. However, they were clean.

This hotel was reasonable priced and right off of highway 40 in Knoxville TN. The room was clean and the staff seemed friendly and willing to help with any needs. While the rooms are not overly luxurious they provided all the needed amenities in a clean no frills manner. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling on business or just needing a layover on a trip. The free breakfast was small but adequate and a nice touch after a day of travel.
